Benefits of Becoming a Member of the Virginian Society
When you become a Virginian, you have laid the groundwork for a successful campaign for the community. While giving can be its own reward and "benefits" may not be expected, your leadership-level gift qualifies you for special opportunities.  As a Virginian, you will receive:

  • Special recognition on United Way’s website and in print materials.

  • The opportunity to be listed in an annual recognition piece that includes a roster of donors. (Names are published on a permission granted basis. All others are counted as anonymous donors.)

  • Special invitations to participate in exclusive United Way events.

  • Networking opportunities with United Way leaders and other leadership donors.

  • A free subscription to What Matters, United Way's quarterly newsletter  to help you gain a better understanding of the tremendous impact you are making on the community.
