Planned Giving

Why Planned Giving?

The simple truth is annual gifts alone cannot prepare us for future needs in our community.  That is why United Way created "The Giving Tree of United Way" consisting of The Planned Giving Program and The Endowment Program.

The Giving Tree

Funds raised through the Giving Tree are separate from the annual campaign.  With both stability and flexibility, the resources from the program allow us to:

  • raise and wisely invest funds
  • provide for the future while making an even bigger impact on the present
  • provide funding for projects that influence systems to bring about positive changes.
